Terms and Conditions
- By joining the membership, you can spread the cost of your treatments over 12 monthly payments and book your first Top Up once the 12 payments are complete.
- Need a Top Up Sooner? In your first year, if you need a Top Up before completing 12 payments, you’ll simply pay the difference between what you’ve paid so far and the current Top Up price.
- Exclusive Membership Benefits: Active members have access to Top Up treatments. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will no longer be eligible for Top Ups, so please ensure your treatments are booked before cancelling.
- Subscription, Not Savings: The membership is designed to give you affordable access to our treatments, but it’s not a savings plan. The treatments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.
- No Refunds or Transfers: All payments are final and cannot be refunded or transferred. You’ll have access to all the membership perks and benefits while you're a member.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your membership anytime, but payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable since you’ve enjoyed membership privileges throughout.
- Discounts on Other Services: As a member, you’ll enjoy discounts on additional services, but these are only available while you remain an active member.
- Stay on Track with Your Top Ups: It’s your responsibility to schedule your Top Ups when they are needed. Don’t miss out on keeping your look fresh!
- Multiple PMU Areas? No Problem: If you have more than one PMU area, you can choose which area to refresh every 12–24 months.
